CCIV merger with Lucid air

I’m thinking of buying the LCID stock, because of the upcoming merger with CCIV.
Is the CCIV stock going to change its name to LCID (merge completely) or will the CCIV stock remain as is and will the LCID stock be appearing separately on the Nasdaq?

I believe it switches to lucid. I have a small amount of shares in them myself.

Thanks for the info.

If I were you I’d wait a month or so after merger. After de-SPAC stocks generally see a drop. Either buy the SPAC before the definitive agreement is made public, or buy a month or so after merger / de-SPAC. Don’t get caught buying the peak shortly after the merger. Holding those bags will hurt.
Thank me later.

Adding to my previous message; if you’re looking for a SPAC that is still awaiting the DA, you may want to check out GGPI. It’s rumored to merge with Polestar.
