EU Dividend ETF & European Real Estate Dividend ETF

The 4th quarter vrs 3rd quarter dividend payout is extremely low. Anyone know why is this?
Not a great knowledge on dividends so any help welcome.

Depends on what they hold.
For instance if they have a number of companies that make up a large part of their portfolio that pay a dividend once a year, and they themselves pay quarterly, these dates won’t line up.
In that case you can see a varying dividend payout amount per quarter but you should look at the yearly dividend yield.

Having said that, it seems like a fashion in the EU to pay dividends either yearly or semi-annually (every 6 months) which is one of the reasons I don’t own many EU positions.

US stocks have a standard quarterly payout or even monthly, so do Canadian stocks. This provides for a far more reliable and steady income stream.
