Tickbox to enable/disable news pop-ups when opening app

Can we please get a tickbox/checkbox in the settings of the app so we can disable these news/article pop-ups in the app when you open it?

Personally I find them interesting to read on the website, not within the app. Within the app I want to go to my portfolio and take actions.
